すべてのレビューを表示Took the 90 minutes Hatha-Yin with Aliza and it was excellent. She is very accommodating with options for different mobility levels (there were elderly students) and extremely hands on. The facility is clean and tidy with B mats. Highly recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示This was a fantastic class! I loved the music and Christmas themed songs. The coreography is easy to follow as the instructors are on the stage, so everyone in the room can see them well! Will come back for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was entertaining/cute. Go in with an open mind & don’t expect it to be like the underground dance studio 👀 my mom would love this class. Lots of shimmying, jazz steps, everyone was really kind. I found myself smiling the whole time.
