すべてのレビューを表示The class is a good difficulty level. Not too hard but not too easy. I always leave feeling refreshed. Personally, the burning incense at the start and end of class is a bit strong for me, but I like the class otherwise.

すべてのレビューを表示Jane Berdnikov was a wonderful instructor, she made sure to give you time to follow instructions and actually shown you how to perform the yoga technique. Love that she gave us a lot of water breaks as it was Hot Yoga session. Yoga mats are required, but they do provide yoga blocks for you in the class.

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor is very friendly and calm. Had some trouble with the buzzer so just account for an additional 10mins. My first time with aerial yoga, felt very whimsical at first but keep in mind it is a little painful with the fabric. Definitely a challenge.

I would really recommend this class for anyone who wants to try bc the teacher has great energy and super supportive! It was a lot of fun ~~

すべてのレビューを表示Bingo was the instructors she was amazing. very considerate and thoughtful, I also love how she real she is about how pole can be challenging but still gives you enough confidence and guidance to feel like your accomplishing something. probably best class I’ve been to in all of Ontario not to exaggerate but she really touches on everything which I appreciated.
