Krysten is an intuitive guide and what I call a yoga coach due to the inspiration needed as the challenges arise of a fluctuating mind during some of the kriyas. The mind essentially plays tricks on us and we breathe through it for transformation. Even on days when I consider not going because of transportation or length of time to get there, I remember how I feel during and especially after. Kundalini is an energetic yoga, so be prepared to work through the stickiness (discomfort). Your aura will later reflect 🧖🏽♀️ soundbath is juicy - generally I go somewhere. Incredible!

すべてのレビューを表示I brought my dad and aunt for their first yoga class ever, Stephanie went over and above to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Appreciate her skill and ability to support the whole class with varying experience levels. Pro level guide. Will look for other classes she has for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this format. The mix of Pilates and a flow was great. The infrared was also nice. It was a little hard to find at first especially at 6am in the dark haha. But it was great! Marley was very nice and I enjoyed her style.

すべてのレビューを表示This studio has it all together: wonderful & knowledgeable instructor along with the lighting, music, scented towels and intimate setting. Definitely my favorite of the class pass trial so far. Will be back for sure!
