すべてのレビューを表示I liked this class — I’ve been to a lot of kundalini classes and this one was a bit different in that we didn’t move from our seated posture and the teacher talked A LOT. I found her talking to be a bit unnecessary but everyone has different preferences

すべてのレビューを表示This class was amazing! The teacher was outstanding and worded things in a way that you could have your eyes closed the whole session and do the entire thing just based on verbal instructions. She was very kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable! I felt amazing after this session.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this format. The mix of Pilates and a flow was great. The infrared was also nice. It was a little hard to find at first especially at 6am in the dark haha. But it was great! Marley was very nice and I enjoyed her style.
