すべてのレビューを表示Love Lauren’s classes!! Today was HARD and time flew by. My only wish was that class was a full 40 min workout with a 5/10 min stretch. Sometimes 35 mins can feel a bit short (not that I don’t already have the shakes). Love this studio and all the instructors though 🤗

The class was fun structured and motivating. The energy was amazing and she was present the entire time. She makes sure to correct any positions, and every student gets personalized attention. She took the time to give me a Pure Barre rundown before the class, she was very kind, and she checked-in after class, as this was my first ever barre class. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming when I came in. Very great vibes in the studio and such a great workout!! Much more challenging than I anticipated but I loved it and will definitely be back!

Do not be intimidated by the description there’s plenty of modifications for first timers (I think there’s a Pump class description under the Step class-so I checked the website). The way it works is she shows the moves before each song, gives you a few chances to practices and then we do the steps with the music, and let me tell you I was drenched in sweat when I was done. Didn’t even expect that! Absolutely loved it - will 100000% take another step class.

Not only was the amazing front desk girl (I wish I remembered your name but you had red hair) the kindest most welcoming person ever, but the instructor Nadia was so attentive and helpful all class, her corrections made the class so much better for me! I did not feel lost during class for a second and I seriously think I found my new regular workout! This was AMAZING!
