Matt was super friendly and helpful with exercises. Note that you partner up and alternate with them in block A. Would have been better doing alternating in later blocks so when you are waiting you welcome the rest rather than wanting to jump in and pump when you come in full of energy. Also the weights can be heavy for first time females so feel free to do body weight (totally fine) or get some lighter weights to what is there for first rep while you get used to it.

すべてのレビューを表示Good HIIT class with three sections: warm up sets, 30 sec high intensity with rest for ski erg, row, core x 2, burpee, TRX and lunge x 4 laps, and to end we had 5 min high intensity to finish off: as many laps of erg, TRX, mountain climber as possible. So good to get up heart rate in short period and work lots of different muscle groups. The gym is a big floor space with metal weight cages and erg machines around the edge - real chill vibe and Georgie was a lovely trainer. Would recommend and I’ll be back.
