A sanitisation station is available at all times , along with all equipment in use being cleaned BEFORE, DURING and AFTER every class. Extra cleaning is occurring in the gym daily and we have hospital grade UV-C Technology in use for periodic deep cleans.

Classes are capped at a maximum of 30 people for HIIT Classes, 20 people for Strength classes and only 8 people for Reformer Pilate classes

Booking is required ahead of class. Physical sign-in is not required.
