The session was well structured with a good balance of slow, controlled movements and strength work. The equipment felt solid and the studio was clean and calm. I’d recommend this class for beginners who want proper guidance and effective training.

She really knows what she’s doing with the body. The massage was exactly tailored to my needs, and she clearly understood what I was asking for. I’m extremely satisfied with the treatment and would definitely come back again.

Shelly at reception was super friendly and accommodating as we arrived earlier had allowed us through as our booked facilities were available - Thank you! Visited with friends and we loved the hot & cold water contrast therapy using the plunge pools. Was unable to have any heat on my face on this occasion, but looking forward to try out the steam room and infrared sauna on my next visit!

I love that you get the whole space to yourself, and you even have your own TV to play music, watch Netflix, or whatever you’d like while you relax in the sauna. Will definitely be coming back!
