Beautifully fit out, and the guys that run it are so helpful and sweet. Loved the infrared sauna, and survived the ice bath (yikes it’s hard!) - 100% recommend trying it out, an incredible way to start the day!

Ice bath water didn’t look fresh. Overall the place looked a bit run down - there are no hooks on the back of the shower door and the kettle didn’t work for tea. Lovely staff ✨

It also includes a shower and towels provided for the sauna and shower which were perfectly set out. Always a pleasurable experience.

Fits 2 people per sauna but since no one else booked in, it was just me and it’s super handy that you can connect your Bluetooth so I had some meditation music going. Overall, everything was clean, including the shower. Plenty of 2P parking around. Definitely coming back!
