すべてのレビューを表示Junior is a compassionate and highly skilled practitioner. I always feel so safe and encouraged to extend my practise, but in a way that listens to what my body needs from his guidance. Yoga House (Catford) is an absolutely gorgeous space with South London soul. The facilities are impeccable and it is just a lovely place to hang. I highly recommend this experience!

すべてのレビューを表示Marcia was amazing. She really pushes you to find alignment, slow down and breathe, and challenge yourself at a pace that works for you and is very hands on. The only downside was that the studio (studio 3) was stuffy when we were all sweating, but opening the window quickly rectified that!

I would follow her anywhere - her classes are always hardcore, but easy to follow as she gives detailed instructions, and while every inch of your body is struggling, it’s still such a nice, calm, peaceful & mindful vibe, that will clear your head after a busy day. And the venue is really nice as well, so it’s truly such a great experience, the best thing you can do for yourself on a dark autumn evening to attend Beth’s Pilates class at the Loom Club

This sets us up for a great gong bath. I always leave feeling clear mind and healthy body. Love the class and is slowly becoming a Friday regular for me.
