That’s why I decided to try this dance class. I’m so glad I did! The classes are fun, uplifting, and have helped improve my mood, manage my pain, and reduce stress. I especially love the way Joelle AYB breaks down the dance routines, making them easy to follow and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to Saori’s classes since 14 weeks and really enjoyed her style which combines gentle stretches, breathing and more dynamic flows which have made me feel I haven’t completely lost my strength, esp in my third trimester. Always recommend this class!

すべてのレビューを表示Great instructor. We learnt four country routines in one class. They were taught so well that we picked them up easily and got plenty of time to dance to them enough to the music. Some had a little experience and most were complete beginners so it was nice to dance in unison at the same time and pace. Yeehaw!
