すべてのレビューを表示Vaneza’s class was great!! It was my first time and even though I found it a little challenging, she was great in instructing us all and explaining how to move our bodies. Her energy was fun and we were able to really go through all the moves with a good amount of time. Would love to come again!

すべてのレビューを表示Lovely teacher who has bags of energy . Very welcoming for first time dancing and the routine was fun she made it easier to follow as she really breaks down each move . The group were also very welcoming . Some more experienced than others but still a very nice vibe and everyone was still able to follow the routine . If you are looking for a way to birn some calories learn some new moves and have fun I highly recommend trying this class

Classes are really well explained and the male teacher is amazing breaking everything down for the newbie’s whilst adding a joke here and there. She’s clearly a professional dancer and she’s able to pitch it at just the right level for teaching, to make you feel you’re actually dancing.and not just exercising. It’s also a great workout. Calorie burning! I’ve been to some of Sarah’s other classes and they’re all brilliant. Her passion and personality are infectious. She’s creating a real community, so welcoming and so much fun. These classes are also on at Crouch End Fitness Centre I’ve realised. So glad I found them. The pavilion class is a total bargain and the venue a quirky delight.
