You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!

The studio space was open, bright, and calming, the staff were warm and down-to-earth, I loved the sequences, and there were so many amenities! Can’t recommend enough.

It would have been great to have an instructor led cool down after a hard workout rather than being on our own. Also, I noticed several people on their phones in the class space before, after and even during the workout which I found super distracting.

Never once have I felt judged by them or class attendees. It’s always a lovely energy, she makes sure to really connect with all of us who come in, and we even get to joke when things get tough (because you will shake). The owner kicked off the class with a super fun welcome and helped me set my bike up and made sure I was set! I felt super supported and I really appreciate her taking the time to help me setup as beginner/first time here not all trainers do this and it made for a pleasant and comfortable ride considering the badass fun sweaty torture she doled out the next 45 min haha! They both had great energy and did a fantastic job of walking around to the various stations to A) help you with your form in non-critical ways and B) spot you so could do a few more reps (love that feeling of burnout 🔥). My only wish is that F45 was 60 mins (esp given the 5ish min demos at the beginning of the class) - if so, I’d hit this class every week!
