It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

すべてのレビューを表示Awesome gym. Lots of equipment in a clean space. After my workout I took a shower and relaxed in the infrared sauna. They have lots of amenities like towels, hair tools, feminine products. Definitely an empowering space to workout in.

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.
