    No one opened the doors for the 7am until 6:54am. But Aaron was awesome. He assumes intermediate level but helped me as a beginner. He came around to catch your punches 1-1. He could’ve done more hyping how your punches would get ‘em good. He did do more of that towards the end.

    Love this class and Adrian is AWESOME! I brought my sister for the first time today and he was super great at explaining the workout and technique to her. I love how welcoming the environment is. Easily one of my favorite classes on here. Come prepared with lots of water to SWEAT and work your muscles!
