    TABATA - Athletic Conditioning

    Did a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

    Restorative Yoga

    sara was delightful! i was lucky enough to join a small class, which allowed her to personalize the routine specifically to the needs and interests of the attendees. she introduced some moves that i hadn’t seen before in a vinyasa practice, but approachable and effective. and sara’s preparation and explanation was so good i even got my first inversions!!! i’ll be coming back, no doubt 🥺

    Baseline Ride

    Great studio and an excellent class! Katie was lovely, she’s welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Heads up; while it might give thr impression that the Wednesday class is beginner friendly, the spinning here is definitely not for beginners, be prepared for a workout!
