すべてのレビューを表示The gym and its equipment seem quite nice. While the class’s instructor was kind and interesting, the class was rigorous but lacked instruction on technique. It seemed that nobody in the class was able to do the moves properly, which is important to avoid injury. I have taken many Pilates classes other places and the majority of the class typically has rigor in reps rather than technique, especially when there is little instruction or scaffolding. I, like most of the class, wasn’t able to do the majority of the moves properly. The facility is very nice and the class has a lot of potential if the moves were more attainable to the variety of fitness levels of the attendees.
