    Great music and good variation on the treads. Would prefer fewer exercises on the floor. Especially when using equipment and doing exercises for the first time, it takes some time to do the movement and changing every 20-30 seconds isn’t going to help strength and fitness

    Great class to provide a full body workout and to fire up the core. It’s alternating rounds of weights and bag work. Very much appreciate that the instructors I have taken Jab with - Wilson and Bryndal make the effort to correct form and suggest improvements including how get more power or to go up in weight. The space is well curated and just a good experience.
