    Class was good. It’s definitely not for Pilates newbies and is definitely more of like a nofar method meets SLT vibe. Didn’t touch the tower or chair at all. Was it a good workout? Yes. Was it worth 22 credits? Probably not.

    Class was good. It’s very similar to SLT. Way better than solid core and bodyrok. More cardio intervals and no dedicated upper body section. Would go back but they need better AC!
