    I’ve been coming to bodyrok for almost a year now and truly love it. I love the themes, I love the instructors and the energy it’s all awesome! One thing to note about this month’s (May) Six Packs & Backs routine is that I was super disappointed in it :/ it’s typically one of my favorite themes because it really focuses on the parts that get the least attention at Bodyrok (arms and center core). This routine felt way more like Buns and Guns. Lots of leg work and the minimal core work was Obliques. Was super disappointed in the routine! With summer coming up, people are gonna be more mindful with the themed classes they’re taking, especially six pack related. I love the routines and everything about this place but wanted to share the month’s six packs and backs isn’t as on theme and was super upset about it.

    Everyone working at Pvolve were so welcoming I felt so at ease during my first class. Front desk to the instructor, Kayla, were so friendly, attentive and informative. They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.

    Ohhh yeah, it’s the next day and I am already feeling it! The class was challenging but doable as well. I love the vibe at the studio, very warm very welcoming very friendly. Frannie was amazing. We had a conversation after class, because I was saying that I never used this machine but enjoyed it a lot. And I told her I will be feeling the burn tomorrow and here we are slightly this beautiful muscle pain. Love it love it love it. Definitely will go back!
