すべてのレビューを表示Awesome class! The splits stretches were demonstrated with clear instructions, and Natasha went around to help us correct our postures. I thought the sequence of stretches leading up to the final split were well arranged. I personally found it effective and am grateful for the opportunity for drop ins! Thank you, definitely will drop in again.

すべてのレビューを表示Nice space and lovely instructor! Did some warm ups before we learnt some spinning pole tricks and a short dance routine. Had a great time here trying pole dancing for the first time, everyone is so nice and inclusive and it's such an empowering activity. Had a little difficulty gripping onto the pole but instructor was very helpful and encouraging. She's super bubbly and hyped for the class and her energy is really infectious which made the class so enjoyable. Everyone should give this place a try, no regrets (:
