すべてのレビューを表示Strictly speaking, depending on the customer's expectations, it would be 4 or possibly 3 stars because the Classic Gel Manicure service does not include exfoliation and hand cream massage, as was indicated in the service description. If this is due to operational constraints, suggest management update this clearly in the description instead of putting a disclaimer saying the service may not match the description. The salon also called 1 hour in advance to move my appointment back by 15 mins but at least they informed me, I guess? Nail colour selection is limited. HOWEVER, I am giving 5 stars because the manicurist did my nails very carefully and meticulously and I'm happy with my nails. Hope my gel nails will last!

She was very gentle, so I even fell asleep during the process. My lashes were lifted perfectly. She even gave me a cute brush to brush my lashes ;v; 10/10, would totally come back if I wanna do my lashes again.

My lashlift therapist was very patient & stood by me ready to help, as I spent a very long time trying to rectify the situation. She even gave me tubes of saline! Grateful for her service rendered.

After it done, I can’t really accept my lip. But she explains that is normal and it need process for healing. Now I feel my lip much better than when it just done. Really love the end result and I will definitely come back. Only gripe is that it was a little hard to find the shop as they have 2 outlets within far east plaza, one for manicure and one for pedicure which was not stated on classpass.
