My therapist Esther was incredibly kind, sincere and warm. She made me feel very comfortable and I also really appreciated how attentive and attuned she was, checking in when needed and adjusting her technique thoughtfully. Her massage skills were great and she clearly put a lot of care into her work. I felt greatly relieved and very much taken care of. Thank you so much, Esther! :)

But the other staff were calling him “teacher” so I assumed he would be good. He definitely is very knowledgeable and skilful. The massage was very different from what I normally get, it felt like a TCM session and though it was painful at times , I felt looser and more relaxed after. Though TCM is not something I typically believe in I do feel like it helped me with my muscle soreness. Would recommend Bai 👍

Therapist really went above and beyond and spent a loooong time on extraction which as the person on the receiving end was extremely torturous, although she did apologise at the end for causing so much pain even though I paid her to. 🥹 shoulder massage was amazing; face massage had to be skipped due to the condition of my face post-extraction. 😭 big ups for no hardselling. My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.
