Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). During the rain shower, she also used a comb to brush through my hair which felt therapeutic. Would definitely come back to try the 1h session instead!
