すべてのレビューを表示Great experience overall! Highly recommended, and I would definitely revisit. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and incredibly nice, and they did a great job with my hair treatment. I was really happy with the results. Just one small area for improvement would be to be a little more careful during the hair wash and handling. There were quite a few times when soapy water splashed onto my face, and I was accidentally scratched lightly a few times by a stylist’s nail while my hair was being handled. Nothing major, a little more care would make the experience exceptional . I had a lovely experience and really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was. Would happily come back again!

He was very transparent, even mentioning that the treatment might slightly fade my current purple hair colour , a level of honesty you don’t always get. But honestly, the result exceeded my expectations. My hair turned slightly lighter, yet it looked even more refined smoother, shinier, and with a healthy glow that feels effortlessly luxurious. The entire session took about 2.5 hours, and every moment felt well taken care of. Drinks were served, adding to the relaxed, pampering atmosphere. What stood out the most? Absolutely no hard selling. Just genuine, professional service focused on delivering results. Overall, it felt less like a routine hair appointment and more like a curated self-care experience. She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
