Also her playlist is always fire, music makes a huge difference for me in my workouts. It’s a make or break for me. I always leave jiyun’s class feeling fantastic and energized. 100% recommend!!

すべてのレビューを表示My first class at this studio - and my first BodyPump class in probably about 14 years! The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. Friendly tip for other newbies - you’ll be setting yourself up for success in this class if you arrive nice & early :)

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first strength-focused fitness class ever and I came alone pretty nervous, but Jaina was so extremely helpful with her corrections and suggestions! It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)

すべてのレビューを表示Jieyu is an increible coach and one of my favorites so far. Her style is challenging but the pace is really great and she’s very encouraging. She does a ton of hands on corrections. She challenges you to make the work out spicier but gives great modifications if needed. I really, really enjoyed her class. She is so friendly and kind. 10/10

すべてのレビューを表示Friendly suggestion to not use terminology like “prisoner squats”. It’s not really appropriate and made me kind of uncomfortable when it was being repeated over and over in class. I love sanctuary though and would highly recommend! Just wanted to share this feedback 😊

She explained each of the moves in great detail and demonstrated each move taking time to walk around the class to correct us as needed, which we very much appreciated. She was pleasant, patient, and very focused on ensuring the entire class had a good workout and enjoyed the class. We will definitely be back again. Thank You Karley for a Great class!🙏🏻❤️

すべてのレビューを表示First of all my fave Pilates studio in Seattle! I’ve been taking the beginner classes for a few months and just did this beg/int for the first time. She was a great instructor and I definitely feel comfortable taking it again. Lots of great feedback that I understood well and actually improved my movements/posture. Smaller classes too which helps to keep more of a focus on individuals!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my second class at Club Pilates at this location. (This was my 3rd Pilates class of all time, with one experience at a different studio.) I’m noticing one thing I like about CP is the reformer is more comfortable for my feet. There’s a lot more padding. As for the class, I felt I got some good stretches in and the other girls who attended had a good vibe.

すべてのレビューを表示Today’s Core Classics class was terrific! Cat kept a focused, calm yet somehow still energizing vibe in the studio from start to finish. Her directions were clear and concise, and she modeled each action too. She came over to assist me and another newcomer when we needed it (ex: using the XFormer, shifting our body position, or redirecting us when we were completely off). What I appreciated most of all, though, was how she offered modifications to each movement with info about how each would work a body part/s differently, add or decrease challenge, be more protective of certain parts, etc. She said all of this fluidly and concisely and maintained a body positive, judgement neutral tone—the point is to find and do what is best for your body that day. I loved it! She also took time after class to ask about my experiences at her studio so far and and actively listened to my responses. She shared which classes and instructors might be the strongest fit for me, based on my needs and schedule. I’m looking forward to my next class at Core Havn!
