    I loved Kendall’s approach. She moved the class along quickly with clear directions but was super calm about it. I’m so tired of other megaformer studios that literally bark commands nonstop for 50min. Makes my head spin. I’ll come back to this class for sure.

    Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

    So challenging in the best way. Ken goes out of his way to always come up with innovative sequencing for his classes. He is super positive and supportive and uses affirmation rather than continually saying the same things over and over to command compliance. You will find yourself smiling in his class even if you are clenching your jaw from effort. Great class for beginners or advanced practitioners.

    I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.

    This was my second class at Club Pilates at this location. (This was my 3rd Pilates class of all time, with one experience at a different studio.) I’m noticing one thing I like about CP is the reformer is more comfortable for my feet. There’s a lot more padding. As for the class, I felt I got some good stretches in and the other girls who attended had a good vibe.
