I felt like I was back in kindergarten, having freestyle dance rug time—totally free exploration, creativity and curiosity activation! The prompts were such that they were clear yet allowed complete freedom of movement. My mind and body had such a great connectivity throughout this class. Ooey, gooey, peanut butter!
