    BELLEVUE - Megaformer Basics

    Love her workouts!! She does very back-friendly alternatives by NOT opting for traditional lagree exercises like plank to pike which is quite difficult to get the form right for. Her workouts tend to be less straining on the shoulders and the back if you’re unsure about your form.

    Super nice studio space! Well maintained reformers. Instructor was very welcoming but if you’re a beginner you may struggle - cues were called with no directions/demo, I had to watch my neighbors a lot. Overall great class for an intermediate student, I would come again!
