すべてのレビューを表示Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

すべてのレビューを表示I wasn’t sure about the HIIT title of the class because I have a bad ankle and tend to avoid jumping, but the pacing was great and just a bit faster than their other Pilates focused class. Ellen is a wonderful instructor with positive and chill energy.

Cycle room was hard to find so make sure you show up early. The front desk helped give me directions. Bring a lock for the lockers.

すべてのレビューを表示I don’t think there’s a way for class passers to enter this gym in the morning since the front desk isn’t staffed before 9a, but I just waited outside in the cold until a nice member let me in. Then, I had no clue where to go. But I saw the instructor walk in (I saw his picture with name on the wall so knew it was him) and followed. The room for rise and grind is to the left. The gym is basic. The actual class was good. We did 4 x 10 of shoulder press & lateral raise, then 4x10 of RDL & rows, then squats & overhead triceps and core. I could have done a similar workout as open gym but really did appreciate the instructor’s personal attention and feedback. He called the group out a bit on the core section and made us repeat some reps - I love that kind of accountability and thought it pushed me harder, but I’ve read enough ClassPass reviews to know some people get really sensitive with that.

It was my first time ever on a pole and as an out of shape 257 pound lady I didn't think I'd be able to do much, but Jessica is a fantastic instructor and very motivating/encouraging.
