Adi encouraged us to swing and sway between positions, helping to further warm up our bodies before settling into each posture. The experience felt thoughtful and connected to the world at large—inviting and nourishing. I hope to return again soon!

The mix of Yin yoga, music, and sound bath are mindfully organized and curated, and I certainly feel like I embark on a healing journey.
