    Upper Body Lagree

    Upper body class with Hannah today was super fun 💕 with heavy spring loads at shorter intervals. Loved the extra inner thigh work with the pilates ball throughout our core series as well. Was definitely pushing my limits today and it was exactly what I needed.

    Pilates Reformer Grooves

    I really enjoy this instructor; she is not only beautiful but also very attentive and corrects your movements. However, the atmosphere in the studio is not good. There are three personal training sessions and two group classes happening simultaneously in the same space, which makes it very noisy and difficult to focus. It’s hard to tell whether your instructor is speaking or if it's someone else nearby. That said, this is one of the few Pilates studios in the area, so I hope they can find ways to improve the environment in the future.

    This class was so challenging but the instructor was so funny and I loved his commentary. Loved the 2000s pop music and wished there was a bit more of that music since it was easier to pay attention to the lyrics than the extreme pain from the workout lol

    By far the best class I’ve ever taken with Kate. Loved everything about this class - the moves, the variations, the flow, the atmosphere, etc. 45 mins went by so fast. Sanctuary is always a good choice for a cold rainy night like tonight.

    KIRKLAND STUDIO - Megaformer

    Christine was so kind and helpful! it was my first time at the studio, and she helped me a whole bunch. she also moved me closer to the front so that I could have a better view of the moves. I enjoyed this experience much better than solid core since the studio is well lit and the instructions for the moves are clearly stated, instead of moving at a fast pace like how solid core does.
