すべてのレビューを表示I love coming to yoga nidra. Heather is such a gem! She’s so kind, calming, and goes above and beyond to try to make the environment as peaceful as possible (which is tough to do with the gym below). I always leave feeling so much more peaceful.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class. The main gym is meat heady but the actual yoga class was really good! Great cues from the instructor and a nice large group fitness space w plenty of room to stretch out. One caution- there wasn’t much diligence around people cleaning equipment after class/they used it - I was the only one. So recommend cleaning anything before class if you borrow props or a mat

すべてのレビューを表示It was such a calming experience, the class focused a lot on slow, gentle movements and deep stretching. The instructor created a really relaxing environment with soft lighting and calming music, which made it easy to unwind and focus on breathing. I appreciated how they encouraged us to listen to our bodies and not push too hard. It felt more about recovery and mindfulness than performance. I’d definitely consider going again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something low-impact and restorative style of yoga.
