Creative exercise choices where I could feel every muscle that was being worked while keeping the energy high with perfect timing cues. すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class!! A true workout. Sometimes I feel like reformer Pilates can be too easy. This one with the jumps really got your heart rate up and had us use heavy springs. So fun! My legs and abs were burning. The teacher was very welcoming for something that can be intimidating! I definitely will be back!

You can really tell how much he cares about the studio and the Lagree community. I absolutely loved his class- he had great energy and a very calming presence. It was so nice getting to meet the person behind the studio, and I’m already looking forward to taking his class again!

Music, energy, positivity, and helpful tips made the class breeze by. Love the creative new moves and extra challenge. So hard so good. An amazing instructor is an understatement!!

I want to sincerely thank Brooklin for making me feel welcomed and taking the time to walk me through the machine and special cues. She corrected throughout the class as needed and was so nice and helpful while doing so. Also-it was a killer lower body workout. I’ll definitely be back!
