It was an incredible workout, with the most encouraging people! The instructor, Caleb, made sure at each interval that I was comfortable and confident in the exercises, and made modifications for me where I needed them! I will definitely be back!

I went in with zero knowledge and Grace showed me all the basic movements before class and helped guide me through the workout to make sure I was doing everything properly. We did 3 minute rounds of kickboxing on each side with 1 minute of conditioning in between. I’m sad my watch was dead because I would’ve loved to see how many calories I burned😅😅

I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, neck and back pain for years and already after one session I am feeling less emotional and mental burden and my shoulders have felt more relaxed. I’m looking forward to less medications and invasive medical treatments and exploring this natural path of healing. I felt comfortable in the room and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. You can tell he truly cares about the whole well being of clients. If you’re new to shiatsu I recommend trying it at least once and giving it a chance.

She explains everything she is putting on you and the benefits of it/why she chose to use it based on your skin concerns.
