すべてのレビューを表示This Yin Yoga class was great! The instructor Robin had a lovey way of taking us through the poses, giving us options and modifications. The music was perfect to tune in and decompress. My body felt loose and my arm and legs felt longer. I don’t know how, but they did.

すべてのレビューを表示I did really like the instructor. She was wonderful. But I felt like the moves were a little boring and basic. When I went to the location in Phoenix, the moves were more creative and unique and kept your mind busy so you weren’t so focused on the pain.

すべてのレビューを表示Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would. They have all of their upcoming students names on a cute welcome sign out front, so I immediately felt welcome without even stepping foot inside. The indoor space itself is lovely. They have a beautiful selection of gifts and plants. Really unique, local vendors and a delicious coffee shop! (I got the coconut latte and it was delicious) the class was great! Livia is a wonderful instructor and really encouraging. I hadn’t done reformer in a long time due to a foot injury but she took great care of me. The class size was small and it almost felt like a private lesson. My core was on fire without being overworked or compromising form. I can’t wait to come back!!

I thought this class was perfect for trying something new, slow enough paced to not feel overwhelmed and really clear cueing from the instructor. The instructor also did most of the moves with us which was great to have an example. Great class and great vibe in the studio. I’ll be back

Alexandra was very welcoming and a lovely instructor. The class was appropriately challenging with lots of alternative options to decrease or increase the heat in almost all the poses. We felt very welcome as a gay couple and will be back.

Only drawback is parking. If you don’t live in the area, the parking situation is a bit of a hassle, so be ready to walk a little or pay for parking.

I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

Although the instructor and clients spent some time reviwiewing what looked to be their workouts on a whiteboard, there was a lot of shouting (playfully) across the gym and instruction to perform exercises different from the plan. personally, I found the environment chaotic. I like my workouts to be more predictable and less creative on the fly.
