すべてのレビューを表示Such a beautiful Hatha Flow class with Surabhi. The space is so calm, the energy is amazing, and she is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She adapted the practice perfectly around my tennis elbow flare and still made it feel complete. I also learned things about my alignment and practice that I hadn’t noticed even after almost a year of yoga. Such a thoughtful and genuinely valuable class. 🤍

すべてのレビューを表示LOVEE THE CLASSS. It’s a spicy flow more suitable for someone that has experience with yoga but still she definitely will adjust it if you’re a beginner. Love that she is so patient and want to teach class cool asana like headstand and stuff. Veryy recommended!
