Almost an hour of detaching from the world, feels like floating in air or water. I fell asleep in between. I recommend Shivam’s class

Her instructions were clear, and she took the time to go around and make sure everyone was doing everything correctly. Overall, it was a fantastic session, and she’s a great coach.
