すべてのレビューを表示This class is perfect if you wanna focus in detail on each and every pose. Aparjita made sure to clearly explain the technique, guiding us and correcting us where needed. I have done yoga before, but it was my first time experiencing Iyengar and I would say this class can be considered beginner friendly all the way up to advanced, according to how one approaches the practice. We had mixed levels in our group and it still felt a personalized experience thanks to the individual attention provided by Aparjita. I will be back for sure to work on implementing a better postore in my day to day life! Thank you for the amazing class :)

すべてのレビューを表示Maram was the sweetest instructor I was too afraid for the first time doing aerial yoga but she made it so easy and fun such a gentle and sweet soul really professional and inspiring person plus the place is cozy and full of minimalistic stuff making it a really aesthetically pleasing experience and the place is so neat and refreshing.
