She allocated time for stretching at the end of the class which I feel alot of instructors often skip. I will be back for sure.Thank you girl 💗! すべてのレビューを表示I walked into this class not knowing it was a little bit more advanced but honestly that didnt matter cause Thea was soooo attentive and sooo encouraging and she keeps an eye on everyones form and overall boosts morale of the whole class - will definitely be coming back for more, loved the class!
