She supported me so gracefully without me feeling embarrassed about asking what to do. I felt challenged and the class worked on full-body which is great. The setting, music, as well as the amount of students was PERFECT. I’m definitely coming back!❤️

Fellow attendee however was live streaming her yoga session and with mirrors all around I’m sure many of us were featured, not sure I appreciate the invasion of privacy especially in a country with strict laws about such. I wasn’t asked if it was okay and I will let reception know what happened.

I feel like it is really done by someone who knows what they are doing and the sequence and individual exercises have a purpose and not just there to torture you. I always come out feeling amazed by how little tweaks in my movement can do so much difference in my workout by following his instructions. 🙏🏻

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.

A lot bigger than the one in London and a lot more amenities offered. Gillian was also on par with the London instructors.
