すべてのレビューを表示First time trying Wheel Yoga & Stretch with Shantanu, and I loved it. The combination of the wheel, blocks, and rope gave such a deep, satisfying stretch. Shantanu is very patient, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his craft well. At this age, this is exactly the kind of mobility work my body needs. Definitely coming back for more.

We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept. The only thing I will say is that whilst it was lovely we were given extra time, my parking had run out and could be fine!

The pace is a bit different from other Pilates classes I’ve been doing, it’s lower intensity and a bit slower, but really does focus on the spine, posture, and activation of related muscles. I found it to be challenging, and would definitely attend it again in to improve my posture.
