    Great class. Strength and mobility is 2 circuits of strength training with lots more stretch time compared to the 4 circuits in the strength class. Just what I needed to slowly ease back into strength training after time off. The stretches at the end felt great!

    Joyful Body Moves GYROKINESIS® with Chad

    Chatters absolutely incredible. This class was beyond one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in my life physically I felt so balanced challenged just enough, but also in a deep meditative state as I was also doing the work out his studio is immaculate and I felt so much care and love as a student. Highly highly recommended. I will definitely be booking with Chad again.
