The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been taking PlateFit classes on and off since 2017, and this was by far my favorite class and instructor. The sequencing was seamless—each movement naturally flowed into the next for an effective full-body workout. Komie was attentive, gave helpful individual cues while keeping the class moving, and offered great modifications without sacrificing the challenge. I’ll definitely be back for her classes!
