    Flo’s method and technique is unlike any massage experience and will leave you asking, “where have you been all my life?!” I came to see Flo when I had pain that extended from my hip down to my thigh. She was very thorough in explaining muscle blading and made sure I was comfortable during the process. She also takes the time in releasing knots while being gentle at the same time. One thing that stands out over others is that she also provides cupping at the end. I feel amazing after each session. I highly recommend coming to see Flo!

    My first time taking Pvolve- so happy they opened in Santa Monica! Was a nice break from Pilates - if you have done barre or other sculpt type classes you’ll pick up the moves quickly.
