すべてのレビューを表示That class was one of the best Training Mate classes I have ever taken. Chelsea is amazing! She is quickly becoming my favorite trainer here. The staff here is also very friendly. You don’t get that warm welcome at other gyms. And this place is beyond clean, which is a nice bonus!

I’m a pilates beginner and really liked her traditional teaching method. She really prioritizes slowing down and proper technique! Challenging class but I will be back. Thank you, Cathy!
