    Awesome facility! Clean, spacious, new, and fabulous with amazing lockers rooms and showers! Loved the workout and the instructor was solid. Only thing I’d suggest is to do a 2-3 minute whole group warm up (jumping jacks etc.) prior to hitting the stations. It felt weird to go right into sumo squats.

    I loved this class so much! Was my first time working out in almost three years and the instructors Abby and Ashley were so nice and made me feel really comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the music is too loud. I’ll just wear earplugs next time - no big deal! Can’t wait to come back and get fit!!!
