すべてのレビューを表示I usually do reformer style (Lagree and Solidcore) and spin classes. This class was completely different. There was a lot of extension and lengthening exercises all done on a floor mat. Those 2 lb hand weights got pretty heavy towards the end of class. My heart rate did go up and I did have to take breaks. Overall, it was challenging but low impact. Even though I like the intensity of Lagree and Solidcore, I did enjoy this low impact workout and plan to go back.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class. Strength and mobility is 2 circuits of strength training with lots more stretch time compared to the 4 circuits in the strength class. Just what I needed to slowly ease back into strength training after time off. The stretches at the end felt great!
