    My first time at Camp and I will 1000% be back! I loved Cailyn’s energy, flows, and music. She was so welcoming, cued very well and always provided modifications making it fun for people at any level. The room was a PERFECT temp for a heated class. It can be so distracting from your form if you’re only thinking about how hot it is. 12/10!!! 💖💖

    The organization was pretty confusing at first but I finally got the hang of it with the help of some other people in class. You have to organize yourself with others into a small group. I suggest finding someone of the same gender and height so that there is less adjusting of shared equipment like the racks. It’s a pretty good lift class once you get used to it

    Shaq is the absolute best. He’s so knowledgeable about body mechanics and movement, he’s always locked in and focused, and he pushes you past your comfort zone.
