    I have been looking for a solid Pilates class in west LA this is by far my favorite class. The class was very challenging in the best way while keeping everything anatomically correct. The instructors cues were clear and easy to follow and the music and heat were great!

    Shaq is the absolute best. He’s so knowledgeable about body mechanics and movement, he’s always locked in and focused, and he pushes you past your comfort zone.
