すべてのレビューを表示First time so I was a little lost but figured it out in the end as the instructor initially went a little slower with her instructions so people like me could catch up, definitely a good sweat. I usually hit, throw, catch a ball/object or run to get my sweat, so this was new to me. I just incorporated a lot of my different sports in my own interpretation of yoga :)

すべてのレビューを表示It was fun. I got my butt kicked when I tried a Lagree class so wanted to try something similar but different. It was a good speed and the coach had good energy. There was no music or anything just the coach coaching us through the exercises and fixing our form if needed. It was different not having music but loved kinda the mutual grunts and giggles pushing through or finishing a rep.
