すべてのレビューを表示Johnny was a great to me as a first timer. There was only 5 of us in the class so it wasn’t intimidating, but it still kicked my tail. We moved through a few different stations - bench, bike, turf and TRX. Very efficient for a 45 min workout. I’d definitely check out another class.

すべてのレビューを表示It was fun. I got my butt kicked when I tried a Lagree class so wanted to try something similar but different. It was a good speed and the coach had good energy. There was no music or anything just the coach coaching us through the exercises and fixing our form if needed. It was different not having music but loved kinda the mutual grunts and giggles pushing through or finishing a rep.
