すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed the class with Dylan. Haven’t punched a bag in a long time but I felt super comfortable jumping in as the new person. Dylan made sure to answer a few questions after class and never seemed bothered, rushed, or pushy to make a sale. Great experience thus far, will be back!

I was somewhat intimidated at first but there’s no contact involved & once you start punching it feels effing amazinggg. In the beginning the moves felt awkward but Stephanie was super helpful with form & instructions. The class was pretty challenging but it’s so fun & fast paced you don’t even realize how much good work you’re doing 🙌🏽

Storm’s vibe is super cool, she has a lot of energy and knows how to motivate to and give you 100%. I’ll definitely come back, one of my favorite classes

Jiujitsu felt rewarding and I definitely want to learn more. They offer Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate as well as youth classes. Schedule is good for those who work Monday-Fri and need something after work. Will be back to sign up for their membership!
