Great heat & humidity and mindful of all of us the entire time with the flow and the heat and humidity. Will be back and recommend this class to all practicing levels. Awesome studio thank you.

すべてのレビューを表示WOW!!! That was insane. Y'all the yoga to sculpt ratio is crazy. Don't be like me and go to solidcore two days before thinking this will be a relaxing heated yoga stretch moment. NO! This was burpees, jump squats, vinyasa, chair pose, down dog, and then jumping jacks. The music's bumping and like I got transported into my best, fit self when I was there. I'm not going to go here after solidcore again, but I will be BACK! It was so fun and rewarding!

すべてのレビューを表示Wonderful class and I lovedddd Jennifer’s words and the intention-setting she spoke about. I’ll definitely be back. My only note: why’s it gotta be SO HOT! I’m sure I’ll get used to the heat but it was very jarring for my first workout getting back into it.

The studio is inviting, clean, the ambience is just right, which allows you to really relax and be present. Her music was exactly what I love. Melissa’s attention to the importance of the breath, the body, and our energetic bodies is something I will share with others. She is gifted and I am so thankful I decided to take this class. It allowed me to let go of things that have accumulated over a couple of decades. I appreciate the safety and acceptance within the class. This class will be my Monday evening ritual🤍🙏🏼

すべてのレビューを表示First time so I was a little lost but figured it out in the end as the instructor initially went a little slower with her instructions so people like me could catch up, definitely a good sweat. I usually hit, throw, catch a ball/object or run to get my sweat, so this was new to me. I just incorporated a lot of my different sports in my own interpretation of yoga :)
