すべてのレビューを表示first time here. really convenient location, great class. the studio itself is pretty cool, nice changing room, very clean. good instructor, great adjustments. she spoke clearly and slowly... very much like the flow of the class. I was dripping sweat!! I'll return for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示I do love this class- challenging and kind instructor- but I wish the music volume was lower. It is deafening and almost painful to me, and it makes it difficult to hear the instruction over the mic. It was hard to follow along because of it.

I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.

No exaggeration they’re so professional yet welcoming and personable, I’m seriously considering making this my permanent spot. And my instructor today (Angel) was absolutely amazing at what she does, she was thorough and gentle with me being that it’s my first time doing this type of fitness.

I always enjoy her teachings on more advanced poses, and I seek out her classes on the schedule. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great workout with lots of sweat!
