    Hiit Class

    Derrick was cracking jokes the moment I walked in, which put me at ease instantly. The workout was well-paced with plenty of room for short breaks. It was definitely the best workout of my week and I’m grateful Derrick was there to challenge and support me. I’ll be back for sure.

    The instructor was really nice and gave us a great workout. I’ve been doing leg days and he taught us how to use rope and do backsquats. He corrected my form and it was overall a really good hiit workout!

    WEEKEND WARRIORS

    I came in for a weekend warriors class which my first hiit class in over a year. Even though it was a group class, Stephen gave me personalized advice and adjusted my workout towards the end of the session to adapt to my physical condition. Kirk also was very friendly and gave me a tour of the facilities. Highly recommend for an intense workout.
